Paper Petals & Glass Domes: Crafting Your Orchid Oasis
Step into a world where art, heritage, and nature bloom in unison. Paper Petals & Glass Domes: Crafting Your Orchid Oasis is an immersive paper art workshop where participants will design and curate their very own miniature orchid greenhouse — a tribute to Singapore’s national flower and the botanical themes found in Lee Boon Ngan’s intricate floral paintings.
Drawing inspiration from the Singapore Botanic Gardens' iconic Bandstand, participants will work with floral paper cutouts that they may colour, layer and assemble into a 3D paper greenhouse, all enclosed within a 19cm glass dome.

A Paper Crane Installation with contributions from patients, staff and community
Embracing its symbolic meaning of longevity, hope and healing, this art installation of over 1,000 paper origami cranes contributed by the community, is interconnected by a unifying paper pleat that represents the strength and beauty of collaboration, diversity and collective effort. The brightly coloured cranes capture not only the we wishes from the community for our patients, but also aims to provide comfort, motivation and a revitalised sense of direction during challenging times. Immerse yourself in the the beautiful and thoughtful experience and make a wish for your loved ones under the Wings of Hope.
