The 2-piece Papertutu features a 'Dragon' that rests upon the neck and shoulders of the Ballerina, adding the 'Mandarin Collar' look for that Chinese element. The Tutu skirt features a high-low hemline that is pleated with patterns of Concentric Circles. The added strips of colourful paper detailing was inspired from Vasily Kandinsky's work 'Several Circles' and is made to appear and disappear in view as one would go around the skirt.
